About Us

     SiteSafety Traffic Plan Services is a sole proprietorship operated by R. Flynn Marr, B.Sc. LL.B. Although the primary service the firm provides is the creation of traffic plans and applying on behalf of clients for permits to occupy public highways and roadways for work purposes, it provides office and business services to the traffic control industry in British Columbia.

     Flynn holds an Engineering Degree from Queen's University in Ontario and a Degree in Law from the University of Ottawa. His government experience includes engineering work for the Federal Government in Ottawa, three years as a Municipal Solicitor for the District of Coquitlam, several years as Chairman of the Board of Variance in Port Moody, a term on Port Moody City Council, and several years in the traffic control industry in British Columbia. He is currently a licensed TCP and has extensive experience with traffic plans in the Province.
